Enterprise connectivity,
built to stay up.

Most providers sell either connectivity or systems integration. Fusion Net delivers both under a single accountable contract, from the fibre backbone through to the code running over it.

Fusion Net multi-carrier network topologyTwo independent international gateways feed a Dhaka core, which distributes to Chittagong and Sylhet and on to enterprise sites. What we do

Five capabilities, one accountable partner.

Most organisations buy connectivity from one vendor, telephony from another and security from a third, then spend the outage listening to all three explain why it is not their fault. Fusion Net holds the whole stack.

  • Dedicated internet

Fibre capacity on a multi-carrier backbone, symmetric and contention-free, with an SLA that commits to numbers, not adjectives.

    Connectivity and voice
  • IP telephony

A licensed IPTSP service on 09604-FUSION. Cloud PBX, call centre and short-code routing, with direct international reach.

    Telephony and messaging
  • Cloud and data centre

Workloads hosted across multiple local sites for redundancy, with data residency in Bangladesh and low-latency reach across Asia.

Coverage

Three metro regions, on our own fibre.

Everywhere else is delivered through partner infrastructure. We will tell you which category your site falls into at survey stage, well before you sign.

Infrastructure

Designed so that a single failure is not an outage.

The network is a fibre-optic metropolitan area network built on Cisco and open-source platforms, with automatic rerouting when a path degrades. For a bank or a hospital, the difference between resilient and redundant is the difference between a quiet night and an incident report.

  • Multi-carrier international capacity, so no single provider can take you offline
  • Automatic rerouting during outages, without manual intervention
  • ICSA-certified firewall platforms, anti-virus and content filtering
  • Scalable capacity from 1 Mbps to 155 Gbps, without re-architecting

Who we serve

Built around organisations that cannot afford downtime.

01

Banking and finance

Secure transaction links, branch connectivity and the audit trail that regulators expect.

02

Development and diplomatic

Field data synchronisation, emergency voice broadcast and resilient links for agencies and missions.

03

Industry and logistics

Multi-site networks, IoT and smart building systems, and the integration work that ties them together.

04

Hospitality and healthcare

Guest Wi-Fi at scale, PA and CCTV systems, and continuity for operations that run through the night.

Industry solutions

The same capabilities, assembled differently.

A hospital and a retail chain need the same underlying infrastructure in very different shapes. These are the configurations we deliver most often.

Banking & finance

Secure transaction processing across branch and core banking, with the SOC, PAM and audit evidence that central-bank supervision requires.

Healthcare

Continuous availability of clinical systems, campus-wide structured cabling and Wi-Fi, and endpoint defence against a sector heavily targeted by ransomware.

Development & NGOs

Field data synchronisation from difficult locations, plus voice broadcast and bulk SMS for beneficiary coordination and emergency alerting.

Hospitality

Guest Wi-Fi engineered for high concurrent device counts, hotspot authentication, in-room IP telephony, CCTV and access control.

Government & semi-government

SOC as a service for organisations that need the capability but cannot fund one outright, replacing siloed views with a single pane of glass.

Aviation & logistics

Connectivity for operations running to schedules where an outage carries immediate commercial cost.

Retail

Point of sale terminals and supporting network, multi-site SD-WAN policy control, CCTV across the estate and SMS customer engagement.

Enterprise & corporate

Consolidated infrastructure under one contract: dedicated internet, IPTSP voice, cloud hosting, managed IT and the full security stack.

Ownership and backing

A telecom operator with an industrial parent.

Fusion Net is not a startup reselling someone else's circuits. It sits inside a group with more than fifty years of manufacturing and distribution history, alongside a software and AI partner that builds the applications running on top.

Chemist Group

Chemist Group

Our parent group, established in 1968 and one of the oldest pharmaceutical organisations in Bangladesh. Its divisions span human health, animal health, herbal and ayurvedic, crop care and agrobiotech. That is where the operating discipline behind Fusion Net comes from: regulated manufacturing, long product lifecycles and a low tolerance for improvisation.

Selopia

Selopia

Our software and AI partner, registered in Bangladesh and Canada. Selopia delivers turn-key software development and applies AI to business process automation. Where a connectivity project needs an application layer, a custom integration or an automated workflow, that capability is in the group rather than subcontracted to a stranger.

How we engage

From first survey to signed SLA.

Enterprise procurement is slow for good reasons. We work to it rather than around it, and we would rather lose a deal at the survey stage than discover a coverage problem after contract signature.

01 · Discovery
We map your sites, current contracts, bandwidth profile and the applications that actually matter. No proposal before this is done.
02 · Feasibility
A physical survey of each location confirms fibre availability, entry routes and any civil work required.
03 · Design
High-level and low-level design covering topology, redundancy, addressing, security posture and failover behaviour.
04 · Delivery
Installation, configuration and acceptance testing against agreed criteria, with a named project contact throughout.
05 · Operations
Monitoring, incident response and periodic review against the SLA, with reporting you can take to your board.
Common questions

What procurement teams ask first.

Something not covered here? Send us the requirement and an engineer will respond, not a form letter.

Fusion Net Limited holds BTRC licences as an Internet Service Provider, at both wholesale and retail level, and as an IP Telephony Service Provider. The company was incorporated on 10 January 2010 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1994.
Our own fibre footprint covers Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet. Outside those metros we deliver through partner infrastructure, and we confirm which category your site falls into at survey stage, so nobody discovers it halfway through installation.
Our target is 99.9% network uptime, supported by automatic rerouting and round-the-clock monitoring. Commercial terms including response times, escalation path and service credits are set per contract, because a branch office and a core banking link do not warrant the same commitment.
Yes. A significant part of our system integration work is inheriting infrastructure someone else built, documenting it properly, and bringing it under a managed service or AMC. We audit first and give you an honest assessment of what should be kept, replaced or re-architected.
Cloud workloads are hosted across multiple local sites in Bangladesh for redundancy and data residency. Operational data we hold in order to run your service is covered in our privacy policy, and we will sign customer-specific data processing terms where your compliance regime requires it.
Routinely. Our integration practice is vendor-broad by design, covering the major routing, switching, firewall, storage and virtualization platforms. We are not tied to reselling a single manufacturer, which means the recommendation you get follows the requirement, not our margin.
Next step

Tell us what has to stay online.

Send us your sites, your current bandwidth and the applications that cannot tolerate an outage. We will come back with a feasibility view before we come back with a price.
